Ordering and Payment

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days (doesn't include weekends or holidays). Depending on your shipping method and location, your package will arrive anywhere from 2-10 days after you order. The average time to receive a typical order placed in the domestic U.S. is 3-5 days. We accept orders through our website and by phone (during regular hours only).

For your security, the billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Item Availability

If an item you try to order is out of stock, you will receive an error notification after you place the item in your shopping bag. We regret that on occasion, an item can become no longer available after you have placed the order. If this happens, we will ship the remaining order without charging you for the missing item and you will be notified via email.
